Donations

All donations made to Reliefonroute are considered final and non-refundable. As a registered charity, we utilize your contributions immediately to support our medical outreach, mobility aid programs, and emergency assistance efforts. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be reversed or returned.

However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you believe a donation was made in error, or you suspect any unauthorized transaction, please contact us within 7 days of the donation date. We will investigate the matter and do our best to resolve it promptly and fairly.

Event Fees and Merchandise

In the case of event registrations or merchandise purchases (if applicable), refunds may be granted under specific conditions such as:

• Event cancellation or rescheduling
• Product damage or fulfillment errors

Requests for such refunds must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction.
